RATES :
Our prices and taxes include the chauffeur's salary, the costs of the car, the insurance for passengers, expected tolls for the above indicated routes. Ours prices do not include unexpected tolls, parking costs, entrance fees into any museum, monument, park or garden.
The night costs include and additional service of 20% from 7 h pm to 7 h am. All our rate costs are made are calculated according to the hour/km tarif indicated. Kilometers and times are calculated from the departure up to the return.
According to our general conditions, minimum of invoicing of 90 €. The TTC tax is included in our prices. The prices indicated are available during the day.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS :
We accept cash, travelers checks and invoices subject to approval.
Invoices are due for each service and can be made by installments in case of a long duration service.
For bookings made more than 1 month before actual transportation, a non-reimbursable deposit of 1/3 of total invoice is required .
For bookings made less than 1 month before actual transportation, a non-reimbursable deposit of 1/2 of total invoice is required .
The balance can be settled at time of transport.
INSURANCE :
Our tarifs include an liability insurance for paying passengers.

LEGISLATION :
Each booking must be considered as a carrier contract (transport contact) ruled by Decree n° 55-901 (15th july 1955) concerning the "Grande Remise" and tourism working companies, completed by the Decree of April 18, 1966.
Replaced and completed by Decree of the 23 th December 2009 and by "arrêté" and circular of the 29 th December 2009 called Voiture de Tourisme.
COMPLAINTS :
In case of dispute, the Tribunal Upper Normandy d'Evreux will be the only party to intervene.

issued by the Tourism Ministry and the Prefet du Département de l'Eure
Only companies approved "Grande Remise" witch comply with the law, are entitled to offer these services. We warn customers against organizations which use non-approved cars and chauffeurs. As they are illegal, they cannot offer any security chiefly concerning passengers insurance.
